We regret that certain items may not be covered if damaged in shipping. UPS does not cover mirrors, lights (including neon lights), and other certain types of glass. The high rate of possible damage on these items excludes them from being included on a damage shipping report. Therefore if an item does become damaged we can file a claim and attempt to have a refund issued. If UPS denies the claim it releases us from all liability on said item(s) as we take as much possible precautions as possible to insure that your item arrives safely and intact.
